What we collect and why
Booking details you send us. Your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off address, date and time, flight number, and the number of passengers and bags. We use these only to arrange and carry out your transfer and to contact you about it.
Messages. What you write to us on WhatsApp, by email, or through a form on this site.
Technical data. Your IP address, browser and the pages you open, collected automatically as described under Cookies below.
We do not ask for card or bank details on this website and we do not store them.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process your booking details because they are necessary to provide the transport service you asked for. We use measurement and advertising cookies as described below.
Who else sees it
The driver assigned to your transfer receives your name, pickup details and phone number, so that he can find you and contact you if something changes. Apart from that, your details are shared only with the website host and the services listed under Cookies. We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it on for any other purpose.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, connected through the Google Site Kit plugin. These place cookies that let us see how many people visit the site, which pages they read, and which advertisements bring visitors. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to ibizataxiprivate@gmail.com and we will answer you. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos (aepd.es).
