Want to pre-book a taxi in Ibiza rather than find one on the day? That is the only way we work. Every journey is reserved in advance, for a group of five to twelve people, in a Mercedes V-Class (7 seats), a Mercedes Vito (8 seats) or a minibus (up to 12), with the driver assigned before you travel. This service is designed for pre-booked private group transfers, not individual taxi rides.

Why pre-book instead of taking the next car at the rank

A standard Ibiza taxi carries four passengers. A party of six at the airport at midnight, or eight people leaving a villa for a club at one in the morning, is not a job the rank can do in one vehicle. Pre-booking fixes the three things that go wrong otherwise: the size of the vehicle, the time it arrives, and the price, which is agreed in the confirmation rather than read off a meter at the end.

How pre-booking works

• Day before, or earlier. Send the date, the pickup address or flight number, the destination, the time, the number of passengers and the luggage.
• Written confirmation. You receive the vehicle, the driver and the agreed time on WhatsApp. That message is your booking.
• On the day. The driver is at the address at the agreed time, or in the arrivals hall with a name sign if you are flying in. The same WhatsApp conversation reaches the driver if a plan changes.

Pre-booking an airport pickup

Give us the flight number and the driver tracks it. A delayed landing moves the pickup; an early one finds the driver already waiting. The vehicle is chosen for the luggage you declared, so a family with six suitcases and a pushchair is not left splitting up at the terminal. Returns to the airport can be pre-booked in the same conversation, with a margin for the road and your airline’s check-in time.

Pre-booking a night out

Restaurant at nine, club at one, home at five: each leg can be pre-booked with its own time, or the return can be left open and confirmed by message when the night ends. For a group leaving Playa d’en Bossa, San Antonio or Ibiza Town at closing time, a driver who is already booked is the difference between leaving together and waiting on the pavement.

• A named driver who has the addresses and the times before setting off.
• A confirmed price for the journey as described, so nothing is negotiated at the door.

Groups of five to twelve: families flying in with luggage, friends on a club trip, wedding guests moving between venues, a company team with a dinner reservation. Solo travellers and couples who need a four-seat cab are better served by the local taxi rank or app; we do not run those rides.
