Beachfront hotels and late-night returns
For a Playa d’en Bossa hotel pickup, send the hotel name and the entrance or agreed meeting point. For a club journey, provide the venue and the time your group expects to leave. We confirm where to meet so the driver and passengers are working from the same plan.
If you check out before your beach or nightlife plans finish, mention the suitcases your group will carry. Passenger seats and luggage space must be checked together. Landing late at Playa d’en Bossa
Playa d’en Bossa is the closest of these destinations to the airport, and that creates its own problem: the drive is short, so groups assume it can be improvised on arrival. On a July evening, several flights land within minutes of each other and the whole arrivals hall walks out to the same rank at the same time. The ten-minute drive then costs an hour of waiting first.
A pre-booked taxi van is already assigned when you land. The driver has the flight number, the address and the number of passengers before you take off. This service is designed for pre-booked private group transfers, not individual taxi rides.
The strip is long, so the address has to be exact
Playa d’en Bossa runs for a considerable stretch along the beach, and hotel entrances are not always on the side a visitor expects. Two hotels with similar names at opposite ends of the same road is a common way for a group and a driver to spend twenty minutes looking for each other.
- Send the full name of the hotel or apartment block, and the street address as the booking confirmation shows it.
- If the group is being dropped at a beach club rather than the accommodation, say so – the drop-off point is different.
- For a late return, give the venue name and a time. The vehicle waits at an agreed point rather than circling.
Seats, suitcases and the return leg
The vehicle is a Mercedes V-Class or equivalent with seven or eight passenger seats. We ask for the number of large suitcases as well as the number of passengers, because the two together decide which vehicle goes out. The departure run is worth booking at the same time as the arrival: a group leaving Playa d’en Bossa for an early flight is a short drive, but only if the vehicle is already booked for that hour.
