Want to pre-book a taxi in Ibiza rather than find one on the day? That is the only way we work. Every journey is reserved in advance, ideally for groups of five to twelve people, in a Mercedes V-Class (7 seats), a Mercedes Vito (8 seats) or a minibus (up to 12), with the driver assigned before you travel. Private transfers are ideal for groups of 5 or more. Choose a Mercedes V-Class with up to 7 passenger seats or a minibus with up to 12. Solo travellers and groups of 1–4 can also book the entire vehicle. The price is per vehicle, not per person or seat.

Why pre-book instead of taking the next car at the rank

A standard Ibiza taxi carries four passengers. A party of six at the airport at midnight, or eight people leaving a villa for a club at one in the morning, is not a job the rank can do in one vehicle. Pre-booking fixes the three things that go wrong otherwise: the size of the vehicle, the time it arrives, and the price, which is agreed in the confirmation rather than read off a meter at the end.

How pre-booking works

• Day before, or earlier. Send the date, the pickup address or flight number, the destination, the time, the number of passengers and the luggage.
• Written confirmation. You receive the vehicle, the driver and the agreed time on WhatsApp. That message is your booking.
• On the day. The driver is at the address at the agreed time, or in the arrivals hall with a name sign if you are flying in. The same WhatsApp conversation reaches the driver if a plan changes.

Pre-booking an airport pickup

Give us the flight number and the driver tracks it. A delayed landing moves the pickup; an early one finds the driver already waiting. The vehicle is chosen for the luggage you declared, so a family with six suitcases and a pushchair is not left splitting up at the terminal. Returns to the airport can be pre-booked in the same conversation, with a margin for the road and your airline’s check-in time.

Pre-booking a night out

Restaurant at nine, club at one, home at five: each leg can be pre-booked with its own time, or the return can be left open and confirmed by message when the night ends. For a group leaving Playa d’en Bossa, San Antonio or Ibiza Town at closing time, a driver who is already booked is the difference between leaving together and waiting on the pavement.

What a pre-booking includes

• A vehicle sized for the group — 7, 8 or up to 12 seats, chosen from the passenger and luggage count you send.
• A named driver who has the addresses and the times before setting off.
• A confirmed price for the journey as described, so nothing is negotiated at the door.
• Payment to the driver by card or cash at the end of the journey.
• Availability 24 hours a day, including early flights and late club returns.

Who pre-books with us

Groups of five to twelve: families flying in with luggage, friends on a club trip, wedding guests moving between venues, a company team with a dinner reservation. Solo travellers, couples and parties of up to four are welcome to reserve the entire vehicle at the same vehicle rate; seats are not sold individually.
